It seems to be the season of sales. Every day, I get a new email in my inbox telling me about a new sale at Banana Republic, Bloomingdales, Nordstrom, etc. For all of you brides that are looking to save some money on their weddings, I would suggest you start shopping now. Im sure many of you have already picked out your dresses, but have you picked out your bridesmaid dresses? Or, even better, have you picked out the dress youll be wearing to your bachelorette party or your bridal shower?
Im going to tell you, it is absolutely necessary for you to find something special to wear for these occasions as well. The bachelorette party is going to be a night to remember. It is like your last hurrah. So, you definitely want to be dressed up and looking hot! I have to say, it is one of the most fun nights you will have. You are the bride so you will probably get the most attention. Even though you arent looking, you still want people to think you look hot! Also, it is the best place to find some single men for your single girlfriends. I remember having so much fun sending these single men over to my single girlfriends and hooking them up with each other! The bridal shower dress is another thing you want to shop early for. At your bridal shower, youll basically be the center of attention. All of your relatives and good friends will be there. It is the best place to wear that new summer tea party dress that youve been eyeing in the stores. Here’s a perfect, cute sweet ivory dress by ABS that I saw at Nordstrom’s. For your bridal shower, you mine as well wear ivory or white since it is the best time for you to wear that color as the bride.
So, if you dont think you need to shop, think again. You need the dress, the jewelry, and the shoes. Some of you may be able to get away with wearing yourivory wedding shoesthat you are preparing for your wedding. Others of you may have chosensilver wedding shoes perfect for wearing out the night of your bachelorette party. I cant think of a better way to break in those shoes than to dance in them!
